    general hints:

please add a timeout to the "please remove the disc" message
add mc, wodim and screen with grml like setup.
Think about changing the base for the next BT generation to sidux, grml or Kubuntu LTS
It would be nice if you change the base to grub2 with BT R2.

    What doas this message mean?

    Code:
sd 4:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive chache: write through
sd 4:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive chache: write through
sd 4:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive chache: write through
could you drop the kde welcome sound because "The quieter you become..."
    "configure display" dialog is empty
booting system from ram is not working (toram)
could you please add a boot parameter like findiso or iso-scan/filename=iso_name and a parameter to use a diffrent sqfs file name and folder. To make multiboot pendrives easy.

could you pls add a kernel parameter to change the default keymap?
btw: how do I start fluxbox?

If I boot BT from a pendrive and have a CD in my PC it shows:
    Code:
    Loading hardware drivers...end_request: I/O error, dev sr0, sector 1414224
Buffer I/O error on device sr0, logical block 176778
