    Default Sniffing GSM/UMTS/3G via mobile?

    Hello peoples,

    I use my mobile UMTS phone as a modem and I connect to the internet (UMTS Flatrate)..
    Notebook <--> UMTS_Phone <--> Internet

    So I would access the GSM/UMTS interface of my mobile phone?
    I want to know what data is being transmitted to the provider station? Is that without expensive hardware possible?

    Last days, I have read something about an 1500 $ interface, etc.?

    Thank you for your hints..
