it said the vmware tools inclode with bt4-r1
anyone can help me and type the tools install command and how i can found the tools in bt4-r1

VMWare Tools are included ONLY on the VMWare version of BT4-R1, not the ISO. Are you sure you downloaded the VMWare version?

EDIT: ... and are already installed.
