Requirement To Become A Staff

Well I was just thinking what are the requirement of the Backtrack forum to become official staff, is it chosen internally or can potential international can become too

When it comes to breaking Oracle 10g Hash BT4 is the best all I need is here.

By the way I know Oracle and I know VBB Bulletin forum very well

In my own guess and, or opinion on the matter, trust will be a big issue. One way to go about gaining some of that, would be to help answer posts that you can. Write some tutorials, show an interest in the forum and it's community ideals. Those are rather bland but probably more that enough to get you or anyone else started, if they are serious enough and the need arises for more "staff".
I have also forwarded this post per PM to the admin's so that they can answer at their leisure, if they deem it necessary.

For the most part I would not even consider anyone to moderate this forum until they meet the following conditions (At the very least)
1. They have been a active forum member for over a year
2. The majority of their posts are helpful to others.
3. They report infraction using the report button on the posts
4. I trust they are not engaging in illegal activities
5. They have written helpful tutorials on backtrack
6. Demonstration of A fundamental knowledge of Security and Networking
7. They are not rude or condescending to other members
And last but not least, perhaps the hardest of them all...

ON TOPIC:
Well to become a member of the staff you have to take your free time to help others.
You have to have a decent activity on the forum.
Make some good tutorials and posts.
Oh and some knowledge, advanced Linux, some networking and security. Would be grate to know some programming languages too.

sickness no offense but it's probably best to let the actual staff decide what the requirements should be, and or answer the question.
If all you wanted to know is if purehate likes you or not, there are better and more practical ways of doing so.

See this is why you are not a member of the "staff".
Rebuttals to the above numbers
1. As per the rules

We will no longer tolerate abusive or derogatory remarks, or members acting like self-appointed moderators.

So you failed right there.
2. Most "staff" user names are not in any way confusable with some "darkside username" I mean "balding_parrot, muts, Fancy" just 3 off the top of my head.
So you fail again.
3. While talk is cheap it also helps to actually know what you are talking about. Considering this post you don't.

4. Considering that the "staff" wrote and maintains this faq, it's a safe bet they have read it as well. Better still, we know it more or less by heart, since a majority of the new posts revolve around them.

So while 3 fails out of 4 is not good, you can improve.
BTW, I mean no offense to you sagaci, but the above is true and correct to the best of my abilities.
