HELP! RTL8188S / RTL8192X Support in AirCrack-NG Suite

Hello !

I've recently bought a 600mw Engenius USB Wireless Adapter that uses RTL8188S chipset. I've managed to install the drivers so BT4 recognizes it and allows me to connect to all networks normally, but I cant do anything else.

Airmon-ng, Kismet and etc doesnt recognize the card for me to be able to put it into monitor mode, thus not allowing all the fun

Is there any way to add the driver into Airdriver-ng? If it is, how can I do it? I've searched the forum but got nothing in this subject.

There is nothing on aircrack-ng website on your use device so i don't think there will be anything on here, maybe you should have checked before you bought the device, if you can't find anything to solve your problem i would check aircrack-ng website for compatiable USB sticks and get one of those.

You can download the drivers from the Realtek site. However I don't think you will be able to inject with them.

Yup, you're right pen2paper... I've checked aircrack website before posting and found nothing...
Damn, just because I've finally found a 600mw adapter....

But I guess I'll have to settle with a regular RTL8187 300mW and a freaking huge 35dbi antenna =]

Well, if anyone knows how to compile a regular RTL8188S driver and port it to aircrack, please let me know =]
