How to use rainbow tables

I am sure this has been asked before... but I cannot find the right info..

Iv cracked my WEP password (which now that I know how, is easy).. I have also been able to get a WPA "handshake" and have run a dictionary attack on it. (took ~5 days, and my password wasn't in the list lol. whew! I think I used "wpa-list.lst ~800MB)

But now I am trying to figure out how to use rainbow tables.

I use VMware to run BT4. How and where do I start? How do I load rainbow tables in the first place? Ive been looking around for days now and I can't seem to figure it out.
Do I use cowpatty? and if so how?

I am lost here. If anyone can point me in the right direction, give me some advice or link me to a relevant thread/website I would appreciate it.
