Boot error when trying to boot from USB flash drive

Hello,
I got a boot error report when trying to boot from my flash drive on my Lenovo R61 laptop, though BT4 run well on my desctop machine, but I don't have WiFi card on it.

So is it any incompability with the Lenovo hardware, because it seams the flash drive is ok as well as the iso loading process of BT4.

I'm running Windows XP, SP3.

What's the error you getting when booting backtrack from usb? and also did you try to boot from your usb on another computer?
