"No scan results" with working AR9285 on BT4.

Greetings,
I have the following problem with my AR9285 card:
I'm running BT4 from live DVD, it starts normally and I'm using start-network then startx to load with networking in graphic environment.
All interfaces are successfully found and installed (and active--up). But when I want to use my wifi card with Wicd manager or by prompting iwlist wlan0 scan, in both ways the result is "No scan results".
Iwconfig states that the card is functioning properly with 20 dbm tx power.
The driver in use is ath9k (states to fully support AR9285 out of the box in BT4).

Manually changing the upper specs to auto with iwconfig doesn't help either.

UPDATE: Ihave the same problem with RT73 wireless usb adapter, wich used to work fine with BT3?!
Does anybody know how to get scaning results, everything worked fine before? Please help!!
