error when installing meterpreter backdoor (metsvc)

guys, I'm getting errors when installing meterpreter backdoor (metsvc):

could anyone suggest a backdoor with authentication? I have also tried netcat but it doesn't support authentication, but first, I would like to get this working

Ok it's time you start doing a bit of research. This is not the training ground on how to use metasploit.
Take a look at some tutorials and documentation on it.
A good place to start would be here

You post the same crap both here and on other forums. Obviously indicating that you don't' bother to search or read.
