    What's a promble?

Does the machine stop booting after this error shows up? Does any system component no function as expected? Any other information?

Now would be a good time to read through the 3 links in my signature below.

Default 回复: ioctl(SIOCSIFFLAGS) failed: Unknown error 132

    I met the same problem;

    I use vmware 7.1.2 + Bt4 rc1,

after i re-installed the wlan model, the problem seems to be solved.

    1. ensure u are using the linux 2.6.x kernel.
    2. download the rfkill tool.
    Ubuntu -- 在 lucid *的 rfkill 软件包详细信息
    here you can get it.
    3. reload the wifi model after boot.

use lsmod|grep to find out your wifi model.
    mine is rtl8187,

try below commands, problem may gone..
    rmmod rtl8187
    rfkill block all
    rfkill unblock all
    modprobe rtl8187
    rfkill unblock all
    ifconfig wlan0 up -- mine is wlan0

It seems to be a bug,
    see the follow link..

    hope it can help you!
