backtrack4 boot problems

hi folks,
i have a little problem.

if i want to boot bt4, the kernel starts and it loads hardwaredrivers etc.
when its finish, backtrack dont loads the desktop or somethiong like this.. no...
i have to tip codes into the kernel. but i dont know the codes

thats in the kernel: backtrack4 (pwnsauce) penetraion testing and auditing distribution
