This is your only post. There was no other, maybe you thought you posted but didn't.
I've created another thread that just disapeared! if it was deleted can someone please notify me and tell me why?
my question is simple: isn't it possible to send a post to a website with a hashed password to obtain the login?
all i see is filters to write the password on a plain text field to it no be hashed, but this filters change from site to site...
this post method will be more flexible

Perhaps you should go and ask this at the Ettercap forums...
Capitalisation is important. It's the difference between "Helping your brother Jack off a horse" and "Helping your brother jack off a horse".
The Forum Rules, Forum FAQ and the BackTrack Wiki... learn them, love them, live them.
why so?
this is not a ettarcap question...
I only get the passwords with it, i don't know is how to do a post request to a forum and send the credentials...
Forgive my fellow moderator you are correct, this( "my question is simple: isn't it possible to send a post to a website with a hashed password to obtain the login?") is not an ettercap question. It is a "how the internet works question" and we don't do that here either.
So I would suggest you start looking into how things such as http works.
Try:
http post example - Google Search
And seriously try the ettercap forums since this is covered by them.
To be successful here you should read all of the following.
ForumRules
ForumFAQ
If you are new to Back|Track
Back|Track Wiki
Failure to do so will probably get your threads deleted or worse.
thanks!
i'm glad to see so much nice people here
Really? I must have been thrown off by the mention of the word "Ettercap". I dare say that this subject probably is covered at the Ettercap forums, but regardless, now I do understand what you want to do, I'll have to agree with my fellow moderator that you could have used Google to find this. The simplest way is to create your own HTML forum that submits to the appropriate URL, or you could use an intercepting proxy such as Burp to create the request yourself.
