No offense taken at all. Just playing around. I've spent the past few days reading through these forums, so not only am I familiar with the types of questions we see here, but the regular posters and their personalities.My apologies to you both. I was trying to say that streaker69 was new to the board, not necessarily new to the Wifi security scene, and this "waiting period" could be utilized to search the board instead of posting questions that have very simple answers to if the n00bs would just use "search" button.I should have made myself more clear by saying n00bs to the board. I understand why you need to have the "15 posts before you can post links" rule but could this be modified to just external links as it makes helping people not as easy as just directing them to where their question has been answered before.

Not that my opinion matters much but I think its a good rule. The fact is ever since the extra precautions were put in place the anoyances have all but vanished. still a idiot or two but like I stated in a previous post I love having my morning coffee and reading the lastest member of the idiot corners thread. For me the reason for linking is so that a new person can get a feel for the site and what is and isnt acceptable before they start linking to all kinds of crazy hacker sites , raunchy porn
