BT4 + Ubuntu 9.04+winXp

I have a WinXp and Ubuntu 9.04, but I want to install BT4 Final without using the BT4 grub...I want to keep the Ubuntu 9.04 Grub...I know I have to enter info into the menu list of BT4 manual...How do I install BT4 without wirtting to MBR?..

i know in your post you say you want to install BT4 to your HDD, but have you thought of the possibility of installing it to a USB with persistent changes..here you wouldn't compromise your Grub or MBR. A tutorial has already been made if interested.
