i want ti use the cpu-speedstep of intel

but then i write:
bt ~ # modprobe cpufreq
FATAL: Module cpufreq not found.

and in /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0 is only a directory with cache

it is on live-cd and on usb-INSTALLATION the same situation.

who can help me?
