ATI Driver installation erorr

As you can see a rather strange behavior, I tried to remove and reinstall without a library that has a conflict, but nothing helped. I need to install these drivers from ATI's Stream for help on this point I will be grateful

Apparently a bug. may be able to google a workaround though, I didn't search that hard.
