has anyone successfully made a live ipod install of bt?

Heya. I read in some papers (from blackhat!?), that its possible.
But unless this i never found an actuall tutorial.

But here you can find a tut and binaries for installing linux 2.6 in iphone and ipod touch. So with that, you can easily install tools like metasploit, nmap, nessus etc. pp.

But i doubt that the wireless chipset supports injection, so wep hacking will not be possible.

You cant get ipods antennas to monitor mode, at least iPod touch 2 gen.

I was just thinking about this the other night! So would it be possible to use an iPhone 3gs as a wifi card in monitor mode via the Internet tethering? Anyone know?

well I dont think that you should get bt4 to ipod, you can jailbreak iPods and get Metasploit, nmap, but not aircrack-ng to ipod. So mayby you can install it, but so far no one havent got antenna to monitor mode. You can get pirni, that is free arp spoofer and it can capture traffic.

ps. this aint really bt4 related thing.
