Best secondary Wireless device (with injection)

Hello All,
I followed recomendations of the board here and went with an Alfa 2000mw USB. I've also got a 500mw Alfa ABGN on the way. It is looking from my attempts that I can not do injection with this device. Can anyone suggest the best USB device for injection? I have a Cisco AE1000 but have not gotten it to work yet, has anyone done injection with that device?
