Default VirtualBox No suitable module for running kernel found.

I'm installing Virtualbox and I was able to install it, but I keep getting the above error (No suitable module for running kernel found.
) when i try to run the sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv start.
I've google, and looked on the forms, and I can't seem to be able to solve this problem.
    Any ideas?
