    Could these possibly be included on the livecd?

    id like the nvidia drivers too. the default resolution looks a little blurry on my laptop and since its generic drivers i cant change it. i have the install for the drivers if its of any help.

    well there is a slax6 nvidia module.....
    http://www.slax.org/modules.php?action=download&id=2229

    you get a mo file
    need to convert to lzm

    mo2lzm file.mo newfile.lzm

    copy the lzm file into your /bt/modules directory......

    that's all.....

    There is no /bt/modules directory on my hard drive?

    this directory only exists in a live install....

    in a reall install :
    cd to the folder with lzm

    lzm2dir file.lzm /

    the / tells system to extract the lzm onto your filesystem....
