I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.

Yea? Well.... My dad can beat up your dad!
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

I've got a question, will the trim functionality be included in the new kernel the DEV's are working on?
I believe its part of the .34 kernel.
I guess if there is enough of us asking for this it could be added in if it wasn't going to be included.

Ok folks. It seems I wasn't really clear in my first post. I'm running BT4 from a USB Pendrive and not my SSD due to that BT4 lacks TRIM support (introduced in .34 kernel). Without TRIM the SSD wears down faster than it should and therefore I'm unwilling to run it from the SSD.

The pendrive sucks because it's slow as crap. Sometimes even text input takes a while to appear on the screen when using the pendrive. It's a SanDisk Cruzer 16B. Stay away from that shit..

I would recommend trying to run it in a VM in that case for now till the BT gets updated with the TRIM SSD update...
From a CD is also maybe a possibility?

Any reason you need to run it from the flash/pen drive anyway?

I'm running it in a VM right now. I think that the .34 kernel has been introduced in BT4 R1 btw.
