How to connect to wirelewss network on backtrack 4 final?

I have been install backtrack 4 final on my VBox, is anyone know how to connect to wireless network on backtrack 4 final?

this is my network setting in VBox:


Network
Adapter 1:

Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (Bridged adapter, Ralink 802.11n Wireless LAN Card)
Adapter 2:

Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (Bridged adapter, Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller)
Adapter 3:

Intel PRO/1000 T Server (Bridged adapter, Ralink 802.11n Wireless LAN Card)
Adapter 4:

Intel PRO/1000 MT Server (Bridged adapter, Ralink 802.11n Wireless LAN Card)

What should I do?

When I use it live from usb and my dvd's I have to type

/etc/init.d/networking start

Into a console and then use wicd under "Internet".

I would presume they opted to not have BT4 auto start networking to leave less of a fingerprint when you are connected with an ethernet cable and not sure yet if you wish to leave evidence in a dhcp list.
