    Default remove BT4 partition

    Hi

I have 30 gb hdd and 10 gb is forBT4 and 20 for ubuntu 10.04.

I want to remove bt4 partition and expand ubuntu10.04 partition.
(I know how to do that)

My problem is that BT4 was first on my laptop and I think that Grup is on Ubuntu 10.04 partition, cause Ubuntu updated grup.

If I just remove all bt4 related partitions, can I just expand ubuntu 10.04 partition or do I have to do something for grup so it will boo again?

I don't know why people seem to think that you can just so easily resize partitions especially once data has been written to them. What I would do in your situation (may not be the best way to do it) would be to image your ubuntu partition and reformat the entire drive and then simply copy that image back over.

Well Iv been thinking that too. How about grub, do I have to reconfig it or what I should do with it.

It depends which partition grub is installed on. But most likely you will need to reinstall grub. Not a very difficult thing to do really, just google "reinstall grub" you will find all the information necessary. All you need is the ubuntu disk.
