Try reburning the DVD at the slowest possible speed.
Capitalisation is important. It's the difference between "Helping your brother Jack off a horse" and "Helping your brother jack off a horse".
The Forum Rules, Forum FAQ and the BackTrack Wiki... learn them, love them, live them.
i also tried using the unebooting program to restore a clean iso image in to an empty 8gb usb drive,
it works fine with the live mode... when it comes to the installaton, it still gives me the same error when it reached 78% ( configuring system locals)
i tried installing it in vmware mode , but as far as i know, it won't support built-in wireless cards
is there anything else i can try
