I was faced the same problem as many others here i read.
I found a solution.
set the txpower at lower lvl by:
iwconfig wlan0 txpower 20
for me a setting around 20 works fine, i somethimes change it.
to see current txpower : iwlist txpower
it seems strange, but my theori is that the drivers cant handle the txpower so good, or that the access point cant handle the txpower. dont know what but this works fine for me
at the person above me,
the aircrack tool needs your network card to be switched of at first.
then turn on monitor mode by: airmon-ng start wlan0 (channal id)
