Nessus 3.0

I read all the posts carefully and just followed the instruction to install nessus. I downloaded following packages:Nessus-3.0.5-fc4.i386.tar krb5-libs-1.4.3-5.3.i386.tgz openssl-0.9.7f-7.10.i386.tgz NessusClient-1.0.2.tar.gz
install all of them, and ln -s libssl.so.0 libssl.so.6 ln -s libcrypto.so.0 libcrypto.so.6 ln -s libssl.so.0 libssl.so.5 ln -s libcrypto.so.0 libcrypto.so.5 and add PATH "opt/nessus/bin" "/opt/nessus/sbin"

but when I ran /opt/nessus/sbin# nessus-mkcert
following errow messages display:

/opt/nessus/sbin/nessusd: /lib/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found (required by /usr/lib/libgssapi_krb5.so.2)
/opt/nessus/sbin/nessusd: /lib/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found (required by /usr/lib/libkrb5.so.3)
/opt/nessus/sbin/nessusd: /lib/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found (required by /usr/lib/libk5crypto.so.3)
Executing nessusd failed. Make sure your library loader is configured properly
and that nessusd is in your $PATH

nessus: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

this is the error when i trying to run nessus...hmm..what should i do to rectify this problem...

the nessus module from slax was designed for slax5 not for slax6(likeBT2)

if u want install it go dl MY module rebuilt from nessus sources directly, actually working well

the error in previous module is in structure
to correct it if you dont want dl MY module
1 extract module to a dir
create a usr directory
cd to opt dir in your module dir
cut paste man dir in previous created usr dir
cut paste others dirs in opt in the root of the directory where you extract module
say yes overwrite all when ask
rebuild module
that rox norm
the library error come that the lib must be in /lib and not in /opt/lib/(it's the case when you just extract this module)

that's all
to be sure to not make an error dl my module

i have used shamanvirtuel's lzm but i get nessus: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.0.9.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

Are you using bt2.0 or what ?
And you might wanna think about moving up if you are.
If not you might wanna drop the lzm bit and use one of the other nessus tutorials here on the forums.
