Installing BT3 on VMware Workstation (Video Tutorial)

This is my first tutorial on remote-exploit

It's based on a topic posted by sin_gag in BT3 general forum.

Although this is a perfect tutorial, it had one problem: mkfs.ext2 /dev/sda1
This made the system shutdown bad, and on every boot the whole disk was scanned for errors. So this had to be changed to mkfs.ext3 /dev/sda1

I'm now rendering out the tutorial again.
But changed some video options, so it will load faster
So the new one should be up in 30 min or something, no changes, only the file format has changed.

I want install "VMware Tools package" but i cant hey say your "guest"

what i can do for this
can help me plz


Installing the VMware Tools package will greatly enhance graphics and mouse performance in your virtual machine.

WARNING: You cannot install the VMware Tools package until the guest operating system is running. If your guest operating system is not running, choose Cancel and install the VMware Tools package later.

You have to make sure backtrack is fully started in the simulation.
I tryed to install the VMware tools, but didnt have any success
