everything works out of box nvidia-driver cuda, bluetooth, wifi, the only thing that's missing is monitor mode other than that this is the ultimate backtrack compatible netbook around

i hv a samsung N220 netbook with a display of 10"1 Led ( 1024 x 600 )
when i run backtrack 4 final... it show " undefine video mode 317"
when i run "startx" it show " no screen found"

Can somebody help me to update the display driver to 1024 x 600 ???

Hi

I have a Eee PC 1005ha, pretty similar spec but with the Atom N270
Anyway, the resolution is the same, when first booting from the media, i select 800x600 as the resolution, that way I got the graphical splash screen lol

Then that error does not occur and I can startx and the screen goes to 1024x600 automatically without a prolem
