Since it is just for a demonstration, have him hook his computer up to the wireless network while you are conducting your attack. Choose the arp attack and have him manually arp for something...this should work quite well.
I have successfully cracked the wep key on my own router, but when I try to break the key on my friends router (with permission) it fails. I am injecting packets to the AP, but it keeps ignoring them.![]()
I told my friend that wep is quite insecure, and I could prove it, but since the attack fails he still thinks wep it is secure enough.
I am using the interactive packet replay, chopchop and the fragmentation-attack, but all of them fails.
My computer is associated with the AP and I don't get any deauth packets.
I have also been researching a lot to try to determine what the problem could be, but I am out of luck. (I have also read the i_am_injecting_but_the_ivs_don_t_increase tutorial, but it did not help)
I am very grateful for answers, thoughts or replies.

I got 99 problems but the bits ain't one...
Thanks for your reply
But I have also tried that (arp-attack), and the same thing happens.. The AP ignores the injected packets.
I have been wondering if it might be a driver problem, but since I have successfully cracked my own AP, I have no idea of what the problem might be.![]()
