Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 Vs. RL8187L

I have a Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 in my laptop that works pretty well, but i am considering on buying this other model DealExtreme: $21.21 GSKY High Power 500mW 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 External Wireless Network Adapter with 5dBi Antenna for having more range.
The one i want to acquire is that USB one with a RL8187L chip in the usb above...
Will this be a good change?

EDIT: I have been investigating, and i found out that the current 3945 one that i am using now has a power of 150 mW, while this new one is 500mW.........

i would stick with your intel, especially since alot of routers are coming out with simultaneous dual band tech. now. also i have had bad experience with electronics from deal extreme, and shipping takes usually a month or so, for twenty bucks and an extra 6 shipping, i'm sure you can find something that doesn't come from china

I already purchased it... i should have read this post again before doing so

Anyway, i will give it a try to see if there is any improvement...... - for the price i payed, i dont expect much...
