caller id spoofing using voip

Dear All
I am interested in caller id spoofing for the purposes of social engineering.
i have in my research found that it can be achieved using Voip!
are there any tools in BT4 that allow this and if not what tools would be required?

found a tool called asterisk

CID/ANI spoofing on VoIP using Asterisk
