Missing Kernelmodules for newer AMD Processors ( K-9 up to K-XX)

Hey Guys

I had serious trouble with installing/ start Backtrack 4 Finale on my Acer Aspire 5530G.

After a while i have localized the problem that gonvener weren't run, because no kernelmodules where load for cpu_frequency_policy... so govener won't run.

Could you please add the right modules to the kernel?

Sorry guys .... it was my fault .....

i have searched for the right mods and found it

It seems to be the powernow-K8 mod .... this for first...

then i have changed the govenormod from userspace to ondemand...


and thats it .... it runs fine
