Default Getting past bios or even boot menu?

Hi there, is there any means if booting BT3 on computer with a passworded bios? I've seen/heard of different methods of bypassing the passwords, but I can't access the internal parts to get to any sort of jumps or CMOS due to the cases being locked down and obviously I can't boot any sort of software. I ask because I have/was enjoying learning about backtrack after sometime of using different 'styles' of linux, but due to not having access to my own personal computer am stuck using university library computers.

Thanks a lot in advance for any help.
