Arkoon Network Security Fast360 Small Series Problem

Hi all,
This is my first post, so please accept my apologies if I am bothering you. Like it is said in the title I have some problem with my Arkoon Firewalls (small series and A10 Series). It had already a problem before my boss gave it to me, they lost the default configuration, the password and all thing. I read the Data sheet and it says that the default ip address is 192.168.100.1 (eth0), I scanned it and I found 192.168.1.1, with an open port for ssh 822.
So my question is how can I do to find the password (root)? Is there some manipulation with this kind of firewall?
NB: I tried the whole thing in the Data sheet but, it still doesn't work.

I mean is there a known vulnerability about this kind of firewall? Sorry again!
