WLAN without Encryption -> Mac Filter?!

Hey guys,

atm i've some problems with this network:

 BSSID              PWR  Beacons    #Data, #/s  CH  MB   ENC  CIPHER AUTH ESSID

 00:14:7F:**:**:**  -61     3218     1009    0   6  54   OPN              SpeedTouchE21BBA

as you can see it isn't encrypted. I tried to connect without making any changes to my wifi card but it wasn't possible.
so i spoofed the mac address from a client that was connected and tried to deauth him.
this was also not possible. if i connect with the clients mac (spoofed) then I can't connect.
my question is now, how can i get access to this network?
