2 -обнови список пакетов

# aptitude update

3- установи пакеты для русификации

# aptitude install aspell-ru kde-i18n-ru language-pack-kde-ru language-pack-kde-ru-base language-pack-ru language-pack-ru-base language-support-ru myspell-ru

I think what he means is that the file names ??????????? are unsupported characters. Russian if the title is correct. In which case you can download Language packs using the Synaptic Package Manager (Found in the System menu in the Start menu) Scroll down and find the 'internationalization and localization' packages in the right hand box.
