WiFi RTL8191SE

Hi!

I have a Thosiba L500D laptop computer with a RTL8191SE internal WiFi-card, but i can't seem to get my WiFi to work.
I'm not sure if its compatible with Backtrack 4.

I've tried /etc/init.d/networking start with no result (not quite sure of the message showing. Something like "couldent initialize wlan0")

When i type airmon-ng in terminal obviosly it shows me no interface.

Whats the problem, why wont it work??!!

A copy of the error message would be helpful. As would an # lspci
