Need help generating a rainbow table with airolib-ng

I recently downloaded the huge 33gb rainbow table from smoo cons website and am not sure how to generate a rainbow table from that file so i can use it in cowpatty to crack a wpa.cap file. I've read on a couple sites that you need to generate a database in order to do this. any help would be appreciated..

Which table did you download, there are a few. Pretty sure the one you got was one of the wpapsk tables, which means you really don't need to generate a table, since that's already been done for you.

i downloaded the wpa_psk-h1kari_renderman file. how do i use this file to crack a wpa.cap?
