Dell Inspiron 1564 i3 windows 7 , com adapter issues !

I recently installed backtraq on my vmware , running on windows 7 home edition !

The prob i have is although the vmware sw has detected my bluetooth and Ethernet adaptor ! but when i login into the guest OS ! it shows local area adapter 127.0.0.1 !!

Ethernet : RealTech RTL8102E/RTL8103E PCI !
Wireless : Dell Wireless 1397 wireless minicard !
Bluetooth : normal !

How can i install em !? are their separate drivers for that ?
Where can i get em ?


Ii would appreciate that if i could get any assistance !
