Help in uninstalling.

Hi there,I need help in uninstalling BackTrack 4.I have Win7 installed and I choose the option of resizing and using the free space for installing BackTrack,now I dont really now how should I uninstall without messing up my Windows.Please could someone give me gudielines on how to uninstall,thanks.

you will need to rebuild the windows bootloader and then use the disk managment tool in windows to resize the windows partition back to its full size.

1.use disktool to format bt4 partition.
2.use mbr tools to rebuild mbr
