Forcing packet traffic on wireless AP w/o client

I am currently in hacking class and trying to figure out if there is a way to force packet's without needing a client. Currently using aireplay with deauthenication which requires a client connected to AP..is there is a simple way to recreate the same type of packets without just the AP itself?

What do you mean by " force packet's without needing a client"? Packets are made on the local machine and sent to the router all the way up to their destination.

Or are you trying to hack someones wireless network?

neonlazer - look into the aireplay-ng fragmentation attack (aireplay-ng -5). Use fragmentation when no client is associated. Make sure you perform fake authentication to the target AP first.

The result of the fragmentation atack will be a keystream that is written to a .xor file.

Once you've got the .xor file, use packetforge-ng to create a packet you will later inject into the target (aireplay-ng -2 -r <forged packet name> <interface>.

Do some research on the fragmentation attack; aireplay-ng -5, packetforge-ng and aireplay-ng -2.

You're obviously NOT in the Offensive Security class because you would know this stuff already.
