    First of all your url is not the correct one. And even then it will resolve to sourceforge.net so that really is not a repo in itself.
    Its like adding google.com
    Also this is a linux 101 type task. There are plenty of resources on the internet to help you with this. But you need to look at /etc/apt-sources.list
