I am about to advice you to boot into XP, click ,,start,, go to ,,Control Panel,, choose ,,Add/Remove Programs,, (or ,,Uninstall Program,,I don't remember exactly since i am on Win7) and look for BackTrack4, then double click on it and confirm ,,yes,,........................................... .........................................
    .....................
And if you really followed that advice then I think you should keep your fingers/hands away from your PC, man. :-D

Now seriously, you can't uninstall it, you have to delete or format partition where it was installed , make sure you do not delete Windows partition.
If you want to keep both but edit boot order, then google ,,grub editing or how to edit /boot/grub/menu.lst,,.

Thank god you were joking, I started laughing halfway through going "Oh god, this can't be happening." XD

OP: I hope when you installed BT and did not wipe the "Disk C:".
Common Knowledge: Username, "root". Password, "toor". "startx" gives you a GUI, and "fix-vesa" will fix BT if you have no GUI. Start networking with "/etc/init.d/networking start" and check your IP settings with "ifconfig -a". "dhclient" will automatically use DHCP for your IP. Google is your friend.
