I don't know about WEP, but I think it isn't possible for WPA. Anyway, for WEP this isn't important since as we all know WEP is not secure and crackable within minutes. But yes, for WPA it would ease things up a little. Either way, if you want to further study that possibility, you can test it, although I'm almost sure you'll find out it isn't possible. You might want to do some reading on how a WPA handshake works.
