i am injecting but the ivs don't increase

hey,
I try for a long time to break the wep key, but the iv's go so slow, and i try to folow the tutorial in aircrack-ng web site under this title:
"i_am_injecting_but_the_ivs_don_t_increase"

but it's not help me at all

i understand that i need to fake AP or something like that with wpa_supplicant (even that the netwok is wep key)

i'm using BT4 final from cd
my card it's iwl3945 (i saw that more people have this problem with this card)

please help me.

I download this "compat-wireless-2.6"
but How exactly I can install this?
Could you please write to me here that Commands that i need to install it?

my friend should help me to tomorrow, and he tald me that i should put the new driver in the black list or something like that, he is right?

I install the copat-wireless 2.6 the last version, but after thias when i type "airmon-ng start wlan0" it's stack
what should i do to get it work?
