accessing webserver setup using Metasploit over internet
Hi all,
I know that we could setup web server using metsploit, But I cant access it over internet, its accessable inside LAN but not over the net.. Wondering why...
any help would be appreciated.
I'm guessing it's either because your Metasploit system is using a private IP address (perhaps its behind NAT), or some sort of traffic filtering is in place, perhaps at your ISP, perhaps on one of your own systems.
Do I need to ask why you want to have your Metasploit web server accessible from the Internet?

Are you forwarding things to the right places?
From outside your network when you try to connect are you getting your router page.
a little more info would help sir.
