Command CAT question

I am trying to build my own wordlist and I have the following problem:
When I press

cat passwordlist.txt | pw-inspector -m 3 -M 63 > wpaList.txt

in order to remove the very big and small passwords, I take this:
command pw-inspector not found
Is the command written wrong?

Where is pw-inspector? You might need to tell cat where it is located.

What is the pw-inspector? Why do I need it? The only thing I want is to remove the very large and small passwords!

yeah, OK but I said that when I press pw-inpector it saus that command not found

The command is correct. Are you using Backtrack 4?

I ran the command on my copy with the following results:

Ofcourse I am using Backtrack 4.
I have a laptop with Ubuntu9.10 and backtrack 4 in dual boot Still I cannot find where I do wrong
