Possibly a corrupt download. Check MD5, mine was corrupt, currently re-downloading.
Edit1: Actually the HTTP download was corrupt, I just redownloaded from torrent, MD5 checks out OK, currently installing.

u download it from torrent ?
if so maybe the torrent file has problem
In addition to what rxsync.. Checking the md5 is crucial no matter where you downloaded the image file from.
There are many threads about issues with booting... these could also be an issue with burner/dvd reader drive, the disc (poor quality), etc. Burn at lower speeds, or use alternative hardware/methods.
I will try to boot it from USB
also i check MD5 for every file it's all right
I think the problem from the DVD
sometimes in downloading........make sure while downloading ur internet connection dont make a mess like a static or a lag something it will ruin ur downloding..........
I burn it at 8x speed
