need help bt3! Plz

Okay heres my story well anyways i have just burned BT3 AND I AM THE BIGGEST NOOB My USB WIRELESS ADAPTER I know alot of peeps got it working
And i know there is few Threads but i looked over it i cant get help! =[ plz im the noobiest of gods

My Adapter is an : Linksys Compact Wireless-G USB NETWORK ADAPTER
Model No: WUSB54GC ver.3

When i go to Wireless Assistance thingy some mirror breack noise comes helpz me i am the biggest noob so tell me every step there is to fix it Thanks! LOVES!!

This chipset requires backtrack 4 at minimum (preferrably bt4 pre-final or bt4 final).

I'd just skip pre and use final.
