For those of us with hard drive installs of Backtrack pre-final (i.e. not boot disk, or vmware) what is the best method to upgrade to Final?
Is there is a way to do it without a new install?

Uh...yea, so does that mean "install from scratch", or dig for a "How To"?
I don't see such a tutorial in the How To section.
So, possible, or not possible?
You could find out all the changes between BT4pf and BT4f, do lots of apt-gets, a new kernel upgrade (final is using 2.6.30.X), and also manually install the tools that aren't in the repository.
But, unless you have information that you cannot move/copy over, you are better off doing a fresh install.
Sorry archangel...I was typing when you posted.
Good Luck
